Some will know that Carol of the Bells was written by a Ukrainian, but did you know that a pyrohy is really a varenyky? Make some crafts items, sing and play music or cook up a storm, it's all here and more! By the way, songs are printed with translations. A menu for a traditional Ukrainian Christmas Eve supper is included. Although celebrated days and feast days just before and just after Christmas are included, it would have been nice for the foods associated with those days be broken down. For example, on the day of Yorday(Epiphany) what foods are prepared then? Researchers will find this volume most helpful.
