Abstract:
At twenty-six years old, with two toddlers to care for, Karen Gatt weighed nearly 300 pounds. She'd tried diet after diet, only to find the scale tipping ever higher. Depressed and disgusted with herself, Karen was at the breaking point. It was time to change her life. --publisher.

A not bad read.
I've read quite alot of diet books now and honestly I found this one a bit of a downer. A bit heavy going and depressing-it certiainly didn't leave me inspired to get started on healthy changes-it was an ok read if you like to read about other people's lives but I wouldn't reccomend it myself.
