Amos London (1737-1805), a Quaker, served in the Revolutionary Army, and moved from New Jersey to Surry County, North Carolina in 1777. Descendants lived in New Jersey, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and elsewhere. Includes other London families in Virginia, Pennsylvania and elsewhere.
